Returns

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment (for cash on delivery, refunds will be arranged through bank transfer or store credit).

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Costs for Returns
